New Year’s Eve Dinner at Brasserie Benjamin Ring in the new year on New Year’s Eve with a celebratory menu by Chef Armando Acquaviva, followed by a festive countdown at our Glass Bar and an after-party with a DJ.

Glass Bar Celebrations Throughout the festive season, join us for tea time delights, crafted by our Pastry Chef Jonathan Chapuy, as well as après-ski bites, accompanied by live music. This winter, try the Green Chaud, a twist on classic hot chocolate with a splash of Chartreuse Verte, enhanced by the signature flavour of Alpine fir. On December 31, Glass Bar transforms into a place of celebration, with a midnight countdown, DJ and glitter party.
