Jonathan Chapuy

For the past five years, Jonathan Chapuy has been shaping the sweet soul of Four Seasons Hotel Megève. Inspired by his love for the mountains, he draws creativity from the surrounding nature, crafting bold, delicately sweet creations, where every flavour is perfectly balanced.

    Chef Chapuy draws inspiration from the seasons and the freshness of ingredients to create desserts that are both comforting and light – perfect for moments of simple indulgence.

Pastry Highlight

  • Christmas Yule Log

    For the holiday season, Chef Chapuy is giving a new twist to his Christmas log, inspired by the iconic red Rochebrune cable car. Gluten-free, his creation combines the freshness of a vanilla pear confit, the sweetness of meadowsweet caramel and the intensity of dark chocolate. A true feast for both the eyes and the palate, it serves 8 to 10 guests and is priced at EUR 149. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance by calling +33 (0)4 50 211 211.
