Christmas Yule Log
For the holiday season, Chef Chapuy is giving a new twist to his Christmas log, inspired by the iconic red Rochebrune cable car. Gluten-free, his creation combines the freshness of a vanilla pear confit, the sweetness of meadowsweet caramel and the intensity of dark chocolate. A true feast for both the eyes and the palate, it serves 8 to 10 guests and is priced at EUR 149. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance by calling +33 (0)4 50 211 211.
