Culinary Experiences
Master the mint tea tradition
The Moroccan tea ceremony is a ritual way of preparing and serving powdered green tea, usually in a home’s living room, garden or patio. The recipe varies according to taste, with additions such as sage, verbena, honey, cinnamon and galanga. In winter, when mint is scarce, it is sometimes replaced by wormwood leaves, which impart a pronounced bitterness. Originating in Morocco, the tradition and recipe have spread to several countries. Experience a traditional Moroccan tea ceremony with our Moroccan mint tea expert. Reservations required.1 / 2Dinner and a Movie
