At LÏ Beirut, Chef Mohammed El-Hajjar brings the essence of Lebanese cuisine to life. Born and raised in Lebanon, Chef Mohammed’s culinary journey began in his family kitchen, where he learned traditional recipes passed down through generations. Drawing from more than 20 years of experience, he re-imagines these beloved dishes with a modern touch, creating vibrant, flavourful masterpieces that celebrate the heart and soul of Lebanese culture.
