Daily Fitness Classes
This training is a total body challenge that is designed to combine resistance training and aerobics that will target strength building, and improve agility and muscular endurance through various stations.
This 30-minute class of hardcore abdominal work focuses on toning and defining the abs; strengthening the back to improve posture; and core strength.
- Antigravity Yoga
This 45-minutes session offers a unique combination of exercises for groups It involves calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in hammock, designed to increase physical agility while having fun.
- Spinning Class
This 30-minute group class of indoor cycling offers an aerobic workout where you control the intensity.
This 30-minute class combines strength training and cardio to give you a full-body workout in a short amount of time.
- YIN Yoga
YIN Yoga is a slow-paced practice that will teach you the art of stillness. All poses are held for a relatively long time, helping to stretch primary connective tissues. This class helps release stress from the mind and body by providing a sense of awareness, deep relaxation and calmness.
- Singing Bowl Meditation
The sounds of Tibetan bowls help improve concentration and ease our emotional tensions.
