If, as Fabio Quarta’s notes, “good food comes from the heart,” then he must be putting a lot of cardio into the menus at Dai Forni, Sintoho and Elements restaurants, along with Al Bandar and Al Soor Lounges at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait. As Executive Sous Chef, Quarta oversees a culinary journey that takes guests through multiple international cuisines – Italian, Indian, Arabic and Asian – served for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a stylish yet comfortable space. “We’ve created a unique dining experience for Kuwait City,” he says. “Whatever guests crave, they’ll find it here.”
