Signature Drinks

  • A cocktail with ice cream
    Ménage à trois

Pushing the boundaries on what a cocktail is, this newest creation transforms a Brandy Alexander into a trio of experiences. First is a fog of Krigler’s Established Cognac 66 perfume, followed by made-to-order Brandy Alexander ice cream. Lastly, a cognac with an added nose of chocolate and the mouthfeel of cream creates a spirit-only version.

  • Sazerac Flight signature drink at Bandista, in cylindrical glass with gold trim, lemon peel garnish
    Sazerac flight

Why have one when you can have three, along with a history lesson in a cocktail? We start with the original, featuring a cognac base widely available before phylloxera. Next is the modern classic with a rye base. The journey finishes with agave, letting the vegetal complexity shine.

  • Pimm’s Cup signature drink at Bandista, fruit-infused cocktail being poured into tall glass
    Pimm’s Cup

Wimbledon would be proud of this elevated Pimm’s Cup. It starts with a unique Japanese kumquat gin, fresh fruit and local mango tea. This version develops a more robust flavour as it rests in the porthole vessel we serve it in. Once built, we leave the drink in your hands to pour at your desired strength.

  • Crime of Passion signature drink available at Bandista, in carved wood vessel with pineapple stem garnish
    Crime of Passion

A dangerously delicious twist on a traditional tiki cocktail, the combination of passion fruit, coconut and tequila will transport you to another time and place. This tangy concoction served in a wooden cup, is set aflame at presentation.

  • Vesper signature drink available at Bandista
    Vesper

The classic made famous by the spy extraordinaire has gotten an inspired makeover. Liquid Nitrogen chills the cocktail for a spy-worthy presentation, while a spoon of caviar and truffled cream adds a proper touch.

  • A blue cocktail with a ship in a bottle above it.
    Dead man walking

A variation on a classic corpse reviver number blue, using an overproof gin to stick with the pirate theme, this cocktail is made with a clarified milk punch method, seamlessly blending the flavours. Fair warning – more than two of these, and you‘ll be walking the plank.
