Health Club Manager
With nearly two decades of global experience, Health Club Manager Christopher Weeks brings a performance-focused, guest-centred approach to luxury wellness. He is also a qualified nutritionist, combining functional training with tailored guidance to support long-term results. Specializing in triathlon preparation, strength training and holistic fitness, Weeks has coached everyone from first-time Ironman participants to competitive athletes. His training philosophy is rooted in purpose, progress and precision, believing that expert support, proper technique and consistency are the keys to lasting transformation.

PRATCHAYAPRON “BAMBOO” NOPBUREE

Fitness Supervisor: Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Corrective Movement
Pratchayapron Nopburee specializes in precise movement training, helping clients develop strength, flexibility and balance. With expertise in Reformer Pilates, she focuses on alignment, control and functional movement to optimize overall body mechanics. Whether working with elite athletes or individuals recovering from injuries, her sessions are designed to enhance efficiency, stability and long-term movement quality.

LAPATRADA “MAEW” SUKSAMRAN

Fitness Instructor: Yoga, Mat Pilates and Aqua Exercise
Lapatrada Suksamran’s expertise spans across land and water-based training, incorporating strength, flexibility and core stability into every session. She adapts her training approach to suite a variety of needs, whether it’s yoga for mindfulness, Pilates for core development or aquatic exercise for joint-friendly resistance training.

THAENKHUN “GUY” KUMSEEKAIW
