Enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner prepared by Executive Chef Edgar Kano and his team from the comfort of your home. The indulgent dinner serves six people and includes a 14- to 16-pound (6 – 7 kilogram) turkey, cornbread-sage dressing, thyme-and-fixings gravy, cranberry-orange relish, truffled mashed potatoes, and rosemary roasted root vegetables topped with a balsamic glaze and toasted pumpkin seeds. Thanksgiving Brunch
Reconnect with family and friends over a spread of Thanksgiving delights. Individually handcrafted as part of live-action cooking presentations and 10 curated serving stations, favourites include carved turkey accompanied by cornbread-sage stuffing, thyme gravy and cranberry-orange relish, a chilled seafood tower of caviar, snow crab claws, oysters, sushi and Pinot Grigio poached shrimp, risotto in an oversized Parmesan cheese wheel, and a table of desserts such as freshly baked pies, cheesecake, bread pudding and crème brûlée.
Thanksgiving Three-Course Fête
Sous Chef Chad “Sosa” Hester invites you to give thanks over a three-course prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner serving elevated Southern fare at Bar Margot or available in the privacy of your guest room. The first course begins with butternut squash and apple soup topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and chives, followed by the main course of roasted turkey, cornbread-sage stuffing, thyme-and-fixings gravy, cranberry-orange relish and a choice of truffled mashed potatoes, three-cheese macaroni and cheese, or green bean casserole. Executive Pastry Chef Erica presents the final course as a plated trio of miniature pumpkin pie, dark chocolate mousse and bread pudding with caramel sauce.
