Your experience begins with a private helicopter ride from Four Seasons Vail to 7X Ranch in Aspen, as Chef Marcus Stewart points out aspects of the farm while you approach. Land at a local restaurant for lunch with 7X owners and representatives to chat first hand about the farm and the 7X experience. After lunch, head to Woody Creek Distillers in nearby Basalt for a tasty cocktail journey.
Once back at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, you will receive 7X gear and our signature rubs amenity, the perfect complements to the shipments of 7X beef you will receive thorughout the year once you return home.
Next, you will be treated to an intimate dining experience at our chef's table, holding court right in the kitchen. Chef Stewart's meal will focus on the different preparations of some signature appetizers as well as the outstanding and unparalleled steak experience 7X has to offer.
