Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Brighten up your holidays with our tree lighting ceremony – a cherished tradition that ushers in the festive season. As the sun sets, gather with family and friends for Christmas carols, bubbly, seasonal crafted cocktails, roasted chestnuts, s’mores, canapés and tropical island views.

Santa’s Arrival Bring your holiday cheer to Petite Anse Beach as Santa makes his grand entrance, elves in tow. Whether you’re young or just young at heart, capture the moment with a keepsake photo and receive a treat from Santa himself.

On the night before Christmas, gather for passion fruit Bellinis and feasting over enchanting views. Enjoy signature dishes from around the world, including a Christmas roast turkey with all the trimmings and the option to order from our specially crafted Christmas menu. End the meal with desserts created using both local and seasonal ingredients.

Don Carlos Mexican Grill Christmas Beach Barbecue Join us on the sands of Petite Anse for a festive Mexican barbecue infused with island flair. White New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner & Party

Celebrate the coming new year over live stations, including a butcher’s barbecue and Swiss raclette, as well as Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Luc’s apple strudel. The night dazzles with aerial acts, fire dancers and stilt walkers. Dance into the new year with ABBA hits and our resident DJ tunes.

New Year’s Day Brunch

Celebrate the new year with a festive brunch, starting with Mimosas and poached eggs with truffle. Indulge in roast beef, lamb and smoked brisket, or enjoy seafood and Mexican favourites such as huevos rancheros. Live jazz and saxophone set the mood, while our resident artist sketches your portrait – a perfect island memento.

Orthodox Christmas Celebrate the magic of Orthodox Christmas with a complimentary glass of bubbly and a seafood soirée featuring oysters and caviar. Enjoy mains such as catch of the day and Pelmeni dumplings, followed by Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Luc’s dessert display. Live music from an eight-piece band sets the festive tone.

Private Escape to Desroches Island Embark on a private chartered flight to the enchanting Desroches Island for a once-in-a-lifetime excursion. Accompanied by an experienced guide, explore this secluded paradise with its 14 kilometres (8.7 miles) of pristine white-sand beaches and lush coconut groves. Snorkel and swim alongside vibrant marine life in the island's crystal-clear waters, and marvel at the diverse coral reefs.
