DONALD LINK
Chef PartnerA Louisiana native, Chef Donald Link was first inspired by the Cajun and Southern cooking of his grandparents. Over the past two decades, he has peppered the streets of New Orleans’ Warehouse District with acclaimed restaurants, including Herbsaint, Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Pêche Seafood Grill, La Boulangerie, Gianna and his private event facility, Calcasieu. For this James Beard Award winner, his partnership with Four Seasons is an exciting opportunity to spotlight the best of Gulf Coast regional cuisine while providing the highest standards in service.

Dario Montelvere
executive chefChef Dario Montelvere brings over 20 years of Four Seasons experience to New Orleans. Originally from Australia, he began his career at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney and rose to Banquet Chef. He has worked at properties in Toronto, Lanai and Peninsula Papagayo, gaining expertise in large-scale banquet operations and Italian cuisine. His deep understanding of the brand’s culinary standards, combined with his global perspective and leadership, makes him a valuable addition to the New Orleans team to continue to elevate the city’s vibrant dining scene.
