Overview

The final evening of Elusa Winery's Culinary Series brings together two experts for a night of culinary artistry. The experience begins at 5:00 pm with an intimate wine blending session led by renowned winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown, whose legacy includes multiple 100-point wines. Guests gain rare insight into the techniques behind some of Napa Valley's most celebrated vintages. Enjoy champagne and canapés followed by a barrel tasting of Elusa's upcoming releases. The centrepiece is a four-course dinner by Chef Rogelio Garcia, Executive Chef at Michelin-starred Auro at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley.

: The featured chef is Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia of Auro (Michelin-starred). Chef Rogelio Garcia earned Calistoga's first and only Michelin star within eight months of opening and is an alumni of The French Laundry and two-Michelin-starred Cyrus. His culinary style is French technique with Japanese and Mexican influences.
A wine blending session with Thomas Rivers Brown begins at 5:00 pm, followed by canapés, champagne and barrel tasting. The experience concludes with a four-course seated dinner.
