Where Our Chef Dines on His Day Off

– Luca Moriconi, Chef de Cuisine at Culina Restaurant

“I love going to Madeo restaurant to enjoy the good Italian cuisine and atmosphere that the Vietina family has created over 30 years. I like to share cooking ideas with them over a glass of wine from Tuscany, or their own 25-year-old Cyrano Armagnac. A couple of my favourite dishes are their artichoke salad and sea urchin spaghetti.”

Our Lounge Manager’s Favourite Local Watering Hole

– Bertrand Brzezinski, Windows Lounge Manager

“One of the oldest restaurants, bars and lounges in West Hollywood is Jones Hollywood. Besides the friendly service and delicious Italian fare (including the best thin-crust pizza), the Martinis and Dirty Sues are some of the best in town. Jones also offers a great happy hour called Beggars Banquets. It caters to industry people just getting off work by offering discounted food and drinks Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am.”

Our Concierge Manager’s Sure-Fire Way to Get the Best View

– Kisha Franklin, Concierge Manager

“The best way for guests to see Los Angeles is by helicopter, and luckily, the city has a variety of companies to choose from. I love organizing private, romantic tours that go above LA’s most stunning attractions at sunset, including the Hollywood Sign and Malibu.”

Our Concierge Supervisor's Favourite Music Venue

– Kris Lahr, Concierge Supervisor

“If you’re a music lover, you have to catch a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Imagine relaxing in a backyard venue – featuring musicians from the Los Angeles Philharmonic to Ozzy Osbourne – with a bottle of wine and a well-stocked picnic basket, soaking up the amazing Los Angeles weather. Consider reserving a box seat to best enjoy your preordered picnic and service during the show.”

Where Our Concierge Goes to Relax with Friends

– Jerry Verdun, Concierge

“I love going to NeueHouse Hollywood with my friends on a Sunday evening to hang out, enjoy the cool vibes of the rooftop space, and watch some cult classics on a big screen. NeueHouse provides lounge seats, blankets, bottomless popcorn and wireless headphones for USD 18 a ticket. It’s a 21-and-up event, so make it a date night!”
