Spring Flavors at Bayou & Bean | March 20 – May 21 Welcome the season with a seasonal “fruit fusion” of strawberry, peach, and passionfruit which can be added to a caffe latte, matcha latte, iced tea, lemonade, or sparkling water for a refreshing hint of spring flavour. Freshly-baked seasonal creations from Executive Pastry Chef Krystin McCarley include the Lemon Streusel Danish and Passionfruit Poppyseed Bread.

Astros Home Opener at Bayou & Bottle Root, root, root for the home team and join the fun at Bayou & bottle for the Astros’ home opener from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. World Baseball Classic

Pre-and post-game at Bayou & Bottle, as Houston plays host to the World Baseball Classic for the first time. With nearby Daikin Park as the venue, fans can cheer on Pool B teams Brazil, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico and the 2023 runner-up and 2017 champion United States. Houston will also host the quarterfinals on March 13 and 14, featuring the teams advancing from Pools A and B.

Viva Abejas at Toro Toro | March 24 – April 22

Meaning “Long live bees” in Spanish, Viva Abejas is Toro Toro’s month-long campaign designed to spread awareness of the importance of bees to the food system. Join us to enjoy bee-centric food and drink specials, highlighting the bloom-to-table experience, and each featuring honey as an ingredient. Guests will enjoy a special a la carte menu, including Viva Tiradito, Beef Tenderloin, and Abejas Pavlova. Viva Abejas cocktails include Honeycomb Carajillo, Viva Abeja Paloma; and the zero-proof Golden Melody.

Easter Brunch at Toro Toro | 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

Indulge in an Easter Brunch, featuring classics with pan-Latin flair, as imagined by Executive Sous Chef Jonathan Esparza. Offerings include a seafood and sushi station with Poached Jumbo Shrimp, Shucked Oysters, Crab Claws and Caviar; a carving station with Roasted Jerk Prime Rib with Au Jus, Amarillo-Chili Honey Glazed Ham; a Texas Charcuterie Board; all the breakfast favorites, a grand dessert display, and kid’s station. Live music and a visit from the Easter Bunny make for an especially memorable experience. Easter Brunch is priced at USD 145 for adults and USD 65 for children 12 and under.
