She cultivates and balances qi, or life energy, through mindful practices such as Qigong, a Chinese system of exercises combining meditative and physically active elements. “Each treatment is tailored to the individual, taking in both physical and emotional well-being to restore energy, release tension and encourage a naturally balanced state.”

Arthur and Thomas bring their long-standing experience and expertise to the program, sharing mindful breath awareness practices and relaxation techniques in the water to improve well-being and greatly reduce stress. “We have brought together our experience and expertise as freedivers to create breathing techniques that help people reach profound rest and a meditative state of consciousness.
