Chef

Chef Theodoros Karinos invests in the quality of the raw ingredients. He selects the finest produce of Greece from small family-run farms all over the country. When he was young, the weekly trip to the "bakaliko" or grocery store with his grandfather was one of the main reasons he became a chef and is the inspiration behind the crayfish kritharoto made with orzo pasta.
