Pet Policy
- We allow a maximum of two cats or dogs per room.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside of your room or suite.
- Contact our housekeeping department to schedule a suitable time for servicing your room. Our staff will not enter your room without you present.
- The following charges will apply should any damage be incurred: Carpet cleaning: CAD 250; Furniture cleaning: CAD 150. The cost of broken or damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- We strive to maintain a clean environment for all guests and our neighbours. Therefore, please be sure to clean up after your pet both on property and in the surrounding area. Our concierge team can provide bags. A dog waste station is located in the lower lobby, and trash cans are located near the spa entrance and the garden exit towards the upper village.
- Pets (except guide dogs) are not permitted to travel on the hotel shuttle or in the house car without the use of a carrier bag.
- By bringing your pet to our Resort, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our Resort, its owners and its operator from any liability or damage resulting from your pet. We retain the right to charge your account for the expenses incurred in repairing such damages, as well as all lost room revenue until the room can be occupied again in its original condition.
- Pets should not be left unattended in your room. We kindly ask that you share a mobile number with our concierge team for seamless communication. In the event that your pet causes a disturbance to nearby guests and we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to remove your pet from your room. Any commotions, such as excessive barking, must be curtailed to prevent inconvenience to other guests.
- Please do not allow your pet to sit or lie on indoor or outdoor public area furniture.

There is no additional pet fee; however, any excessive cleaning or damage caused by your pet may incur additional charges.
While pets are not permitted in dining outlets, there are various dog-friendly trails and open areas near our Resort. Our concierge team is happy to recommend some of the best local spots for a scenic stroll or hike with your pet.
While we do not offer in-house pet care services, our Concierge can connect you with trusted local providers for pet-sitting or dog-walking during your stay.
Nearly all of our rooms and suites are pet-friendly, depending on your pet’s size and needs. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll prepare the perfect accommodation for you and your four-legged companion.
