Made with The Macallan 18 Year Sherry Oak Cask and Valrhona chocolate, this adult confection is inspired by the landscape of Scotland and is topped with a Macallan milk foam, marshmallows, cinnamon dust, a chocolate tree, edible gold leaf and marshmallow twigs, reminiscent of the trees along the River Spey.

    Acclaimed décorateur Tom Kehoe takes the helm of the holiday decorations at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, unveiling a majestic display of artistry and light. Nine patients from Children’s National, with the support of the Founders Auxiliary Board, met with Tom and his team over the past few months, sharing what they love so that Kehoe could bring their visions to reality – resulting in nine custom-created decorations for you to explore throughout the Hotel lobby.

    Executive Chef Bilal Wshah and his team prepare a showstopping holiday brunch every Sunday from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day. A made-to-order chef’s station features omelettes and pancakes, and a seafood station delivers delicacies such as ceviche, shrimp cocktail, oysters, sushi and grilled sea bass.
