- Hypnosis
- Before beginning a hypnosis session, Asad will take time to understand your goals and objectives. Asad will then begin taking you through a series of imagery exercises while providing positive suggestions specific to the desired outcome. Through Asad's techniques, you will be able to improve sleep, calm your nerves, enhance your performance and reach your full potential. The session will conclude by reinforcing the suggestions and ensuring you are alert, refreshed and feeling your best.
