Pet Policy

  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your room or suite.
  • To ensure a seamless stay, please contact our housekeeping team to arrange a convenient time for room servicing. There are two options for housekeeping service: Either the pet must not be in the room or the owner must be in the room with the pet. Kindly note that we do not clean litter boxes.
  • We are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests and our neighbours. Please clean up after your pet, both on site and in the surrounding neighbourhood.
  • Four Seasons Hotel Toronto does not charge a pet fee; however, additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or any damage caused by your pet.
  • For your pet’s comfort and safety, they may not be left in guest rooms unattended and must be well-trained, as any disturbance of other guests may result in the pet being removed from the property.
  • Pets are not allowed in any food service outlets, The Spa or pool areas.
  • Owners are responsible for any property damage and personal injury their pet may cause while in the Hotel.
