Soulard Farmer's Market Experience

Founded in 1779, Soulard Farmer's Market is one of the largest and oldest farmer's markets west of the Mississippi. Enjoy perusing products that range from farm-fresh fruit to specialty cheeses to meats, as well as an incredible spice market.

Self-Guided*: Guests are transported to and from the market via hotel transportation. Enjoy a self-guided tour, interacting with local farmers, sipping coffee and exploring the floral shop while snacking on fresh, mini-donuts. Not ready to leave? Enjoy a local favourite, Bogart's barbecue, located directly across from the market.

Private Excursion: Visit this historic farmer's market with Executive Chef Gian Nicola as your guide, selecting fresh ingredients and local cheese while chatting with some of his favourite vendors. Return to the Hotel for a cooking class, learning techinques directly from the chef while you help prepare an exquisite dinner. The five-course meal will be served at the Chefs Table in Cielo kitchen, with wine pairings available for an additional cost.
