Head Butler
Leonid Bogashchenko arrived in Riyadh with impressive hospitality experience, having steadily held leadership roles in guest services, food and beverage, operations, and butler services at luxury addresses in China and Russia since joining the industry in 2006. Now, as Head Butler at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, he has helped develop our new Butler Service, as well as the 24-hour Butler Service Desk, to meet every guest's request. He believes that the collaboration between departments ensures special details and attentiveness are delivered seamlessly to guests.

Chief Concierge
Impassioned about his profession and with extensive experience at luxury hotels, Zalan Schuster arrived at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre on a mission to curate enriching and exciting destination experiences for guests. Schuster started his hotel career as a bellboy in 2011 on the island of Crete, where he decided to make membership in Les Clefs d’Or his career goal. Having achieved that in 2021, Schuster is now on his first assignment with Four Seasons and is excited to be part of the top luxury brand.

Johanna Fagerberg

Guest Experience Manager
Originally from Sweden and a graduate of Glion in Switzerland, Johanna Fagerberg began her hospitality career with Four Seasons in 2011 in Prague prior to undergoing the management training program at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. She then decided to make a lateral move to the events world and held various event management positions at prestigious companies in Beirut and Stockholm before rejoining Four Seasons again in August 2021. Since arriving in Riyadh, Fagerberg has used her vast international hospitality background along with her passion for delivering excellent customer service to make multiple cross-departmental improvements directly impacting our guests' experience for the better.
