Flexible Attrition: 25% attrition allowance up to 12 months in advance of program and 10% attrition allowance up to 21 days prior to program

Reduced Cancellation Fee: Maximum 15% room revenue charge for cancellation 12 or more months in advance of program

Multi-Year Program Offer: Book two or more meetings in consecutive years at one or more Four Seasons properties, and receive a 3% allowance off your final actualized room charges for each program.
