Head BakerOriginally trained in engineering, Head Baker Dat Vo found his true calling in pastry, where precision meets creativity. After honing his craft in international kitchens in Phu Quoc, he developed a signature focus on chocolate artistry, blending technical skill with visual storytelling. Now Head Baker, Vo draws inspiration from Vietnamese heritage, reimagining familiar flavours and traditional sweets through a modern lens to create pastries that are both visually striking and deeply rooted in culture.
