- Linens and towels replaced every third day, unless otherwise requested
- Energy sourced from renewable or carbon-free sources

- Local biodiversity support program in place, including daily beach cleaning and the use of native plants in landscaping
- On-site composting program at our resort farm that transforms food waste and natural scraps into organic fertilizer and compost soil for gardening
- Young Guardians of the Earth green activity in place to encourage young guests to respect nature through hands-on composting and gardening activities
- Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community through our Concierge, including fishing with the locals, taking classes and workshops in regional Vietnamese cuisine, and exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site trifecta of Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Champa Sanctuary and the Imperial City of Hue’s Citadel

- Employees complete annual Human Trafficking Awareness training
