SIRINTIP SIANGLERT

Camp Chef
Camp Chef Sirintip Sianglert, affectionately known as Chef Ning, thrives amidst the lively rhythm of a Thai kitchen, where the harmony of sizzling cookers, the dance of flames and the fragrance of fresh herbs come to life. Her culinary journey, rooted in a childhood passion for cooking, led her to the heart of prestigious Thai kitchens. Through challenges, notably navigating kitchen operations during the pandemic with grace and innovation, she emerged with resilience. As Camp Chef at Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Chef Ning is on a mission to redefine Thai dining, ingeniously fusing local ingredients with global culinary trends to present guests with unparalleled gastronomic experiences.

“Never hesitate to try something new; every great dish was once an experiment.”
