Trained in a classical fashion, Dryhurst worked in a number of five-star kitchens in London, France, the East Coast and Vancouver before coming to Four Seasons Resort Maui in 2014 as Executive Sous Chef. A supporter of the farm-to-table movement, Dryhurst put his creative skills to work in a rollout of the Resort’s Wellness menu, launched as part of the Wellness Your Way spa and nutrition program, offering coordinated menus in each restaurant. Dryhurst most recently served as the Executive Chef of EDGE Restaurant & Bar in Four Seasons Hotel Denver.

Born in Tuscon, Arizona and raised in Prescott, Arizona, Padilla first discovered her passion for hospitality while she was in college at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Padilla was initially drawn to Denver because she felt it was the best of both worlds in combining a vibrant culinary scene surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape. The artistic flair of Denver drives Padilla to be very creative in the experience she curates for Four Seasons Hotel Denver and EDGE Restaurant & Bar. She is constantly thinking of how to stay ahead of the trends in the culinary scene, coming up with a variety of events and activities to bring a vibrant, upbeat atmosphere to the property.
