This holiday-inspired experience transforms a guest room into a miniature snow globe, complete with an indoor snowball setup. Available daily beginning November 20 with 24-hour notice. Bookings can be made through the Concierge. Enjoy a collectible bag as a keepsake and take home the snowballs and lights to recreate the magic long after your stay.
Letters to Santa
Custom letters and envelopes will be available for Christmas wish correspondence. Santa’s mailbox is available daily in the lobby from November 21, 2026.
