Michael Zachman, Executive Chef
Returning to Four Seasons in 2018, Executive Chef Michael Zachman has cooked on islands in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, in the Arizona desert and in urban areas. While he’s versed in Old World techniques, Puerto Rican traditions and Hawaiian flavours, he describes his cooking style as contemporary American.
