While he was growing up in Barcelona, Omar’s parents ran their own restaurant, and he developed a love of the family business at an early age. He brought that enthusiasm for culinary craft, a love of the finest and freshest ingredients, and appreciation for a well-tuned staff to Four Seasons Hotel Tunis. With a notable attention to detail, Omar prides himself, and his team, on providing the best, passionately.
