All four of our hotel restaurants and lounges focus on seasonally available ingredients, including fish and produce. Azur, open all day, serves international and local cuisine. The Creek Bistro Chic is our Mediterranean, dinner-only signature restaurant with lounge. Our poolside, beachfront restaurant, Blu, presents seafood in summer. Tea service can be enjoyed at Salon Alyssa. Azur and Blu can be privatized for groups.Details
- Tunisian Delights
Our culinary team creates extended banquet menus, tailored to a unique theme for each day. The menus are mainly composed of fish from the Mediterranean Sea. A gala dinner may include a main course of roasted John Dory fish, sautéed fresh artichokes, and rocket and balsamic emulsion.
