Signature dishes include Tagliatelle all’Astice – fresh tagliatelle with Maine lobster and Trapanese pesto – and the Tartare di Tonno, a Bluefin tuna tartare with Pistacchio di Bronte and citrus. The Cotoletta Alla Milanese features a 14-ounce Limousin milk-fed veal, and the Lido Carpaccio pairs Wagyu beef with Parmigiano-Reggiano and pickled pioppini mushrooms. Desserts include a classic Tiramisu and Profiteroles al Pistacchio with Pistacchio di Bronte gelato.
