At The Surf Club Restaurant, Thomas Keller’s first Florida venture, now awarded one Michelin Star, the most honoured American chef by Michelin Guide, tips his toque to the grandeur and spirit of another era with a menu of continental cuisine and classic libations. Located in the landmark The Surf Club, the restaurant is an elegant moment in time, applying Chef Keller’s famously meticulous standards to iconic dishes, from avocado Louie and NY Strip Steak to Caesar Salad, prepared table-side.
