After a season spent absorbing the tastes and culture of Le Sirenuse Miami’s sister restaurant in Positano, Chef Antonio has brought the spirit of the Amalfi Coast across the Atlantic, carefully capturing the richness and depth of the finest in Southern Italian cuisine.

I believe a plate is never finished in the kitchen alone. The way the food is presented and finished at the table is an important part of the recipe.

Influenced by his Northern Italy upbringing, sommelier and General Manager Dario Vigil has transformed Miami’s food and beverage scene at Le Sirenuse Miami and Le Sirenuse Champagne Bar.
