    Discover a new and inspiring collaboration with New York City’s culinary masters, bringing the flavours of the city’s best dishes from the Restaurant to the Room. Danny Meyer’s Blue Smoke with Executive Chef Bret Lunsford is kicking off our new Restaurant-in-Room Chef Series by creating a Southern-inspired menu. Blue Smoke, a mainstay in the city’s barbecue community for over twenty years, is located just steps from Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. Growing up around classic Southern cooking, Chef Bret celebrates his passion for barbecue and love for comforting family meals. The chef and team serve up inclusive hospitality and a menu that draws on traditions of The South. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from each menu item will go towards Friends of Firefighters, a non-profit organization selected by Chef Bret.
