Discover a new and inspiring collaboration with New York City’s culinary masters, bringing the flavours of the city’s best dishes from the restaurant to the room. Executive Chef of Andrew Carmellini’s Leuca in Williamsburg, Anthony Ricco, is creating a menu inspired by his Italian roots. The concept of delicious ingredient-forward cuisine distinctly sets Anthony Ricco apart from his contemporaries and led him to become the Executive Chef for The William Vale in Brooklyn. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from our in-room dining series with Chef Anthony Ricco will be donated to The Damien House.
