Award-winning Italian chef Francesco Mannelli brings more than 25 years of international experience to Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. Inspired by his Tuscan heritage and a passion for exceptional seasonal produce, he oversees our Resort’s culinary vision with a focus on authenticity, simplicity and flavour.
