Reservations at Shima may be made online or by getting in touch with us. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy at the time of booking or inquire with the team prior to their visit. We respectfully ask that any modifications to your reservation be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that any modifications made after this period will incur a charge of EUR 50 per person.
Yes, Shima offers a dedicated Signature Vegetarian Omakase Menu, as well as a selection of vegetarian and vegan options available on the main à la carte menu. Guests with specific dietary requirements or food allergies are kindly encouraged to contact the restaurant team in advance so that our team can make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Yes, Shima welcomes reservations from both resort guests and outside visitors. Tables may be reserved through the online booking system or by contacting the Resort directly. To ensure that all guests enjoy a wonderful experience, we kindly inform you that the duration of your dining experience is approximately two hours.
