Aboard Four Seasons Explorer, each day begins with an array of à la carte breakfast choices. Lunch and dinner menus at our on-board Palau restaurant change daily, and their themes take inspiration from local food in Palau and elsewhere in the Pacific, as well as from Asia and the West. Highlights include regular beach barbecues with fresh – and, where possible, local – ingredients, gourmet flourishes and a curated wine list. Special diets can be accommodated. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.

    Meals served on-board are all-inclusive – with the exception of beverages – and can be shared in the company of new friends or enjoyed on your own at leisure in our air-conditioned dining room or out on the al-fresco deck.

If you’re seeking quality alone time with your nearest and dearest or keen to arrange a special dining experience, let our restaurant team know in advance, and we’ll make the magic happen – from a private barbecue on a secluded beach to a sumptuous picnic spread by a wondrous waterfall.
