Born and raised in Beirut, Rami Nasser is a passionate and dynamic chef dedicated to the art of blending traditional and modern gastronomy concepts. With a relentless drive to perfect his skills in both Lebanese and international cuisines, Rami has honed his craft at some of the world's most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Embracing new challenges and constantly seeking to enhance his culinary expertise, he now brings his visionary approach to the Michelin-selected MINA Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai DIFC. Here, Rami delights guests with his innovative, refined creations, offering a fresh and inspiring take on familiar flavours that are sure to captivate and impress.

    Inspired by the writings of Rumi, who viewed shared meals as moments of unity, MINA Brasserie presents an iftar experience designed to bring people closer. Executive Chef Rami Nasser and Chef de Cuisine Kevin Vieira blend Arabian flavours with Western techniques, creating dishes that honour heritage while embracing modernity, an expression of connection through food. Three-course menu, including soup and Ramadan beverages for AED 255 per person.
