FAQ
Delivery experience is available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week, with no blackout dates. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
We offer door-to-door delivery throughout DIFC, directly to offices, boardrooms and other preferred locations. Delivery is included with every order, and cutlery can be provided upon request at the time of booking.
Our boxes are designed for group gatherings and meetings. The Breakfast and Lunch Boxes serve 6 to 8 guests, while the Mini Desserts Box serves 10 to 12 guests. We recommend ordering for a minimum of 4 guests to fully enjoy the experience.
Full pre-payment is required to confirm all orders, and payment upon delivery is not available. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery will receive a 50% refund.
