Nutritional Counseling
A graduate of the chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University, Dr Rebecca LaMaack-Schwartz uses a multi-disciplinary approach to produce ultimate results for her clients. In this nutritional-counseling session, she will design a program specific to your needs – whether it is in person or by video conference.

    Courtney Besser

    In addition to 11 years of experience in massage therapy, Courtney possesses a passion for teaching yoga. Having received her bachelor of fine arts in dance and kinesiology, she has amassed 500 hours of yoga teacher training that’s suitable for every skill set. Courtney specializes in all levels of power vinyasa, gentle yoga and yoga with weights, and she also has earned her barre certification.

    Derek Enciso

    Derek received his bachelor of arts in exercise science with a background that follows American College of Sports Medicine-fitness guidelines. Cardiovascular fitness, sports performance and full-body functional improvement are among his top interests in the field. Derek specializes in a variety of HIIT-style workouts along with extended experience using TRX suspension trainers, and he’s happy to tailor any routine to your skill set or fitness level.
