Many of our menus feature local meats and produce: For example, the “Small Bites, Big Flavour” reception menu, which showcases charred poblano and corn tostadas, Denver Buffalo Reubens and grilled Colorado lamb chops. Our events menu features Alamosa bass, Palisade peaches, local Colorado goat cheese and Colorado-ranched buffalo.

EDGE Restaurant includes three private rooms, the largest of which can accommodate a group of up to 25. The Chef’s Table enables diners to watch their meals being prepared in the kitchen.

Denver’s 300 days of sunshine annually add to the appeal of our two outdoor venues – the Rooftop Pool Terrace and the street-level Sunshine Pavilion. The pool terrace’s landscape consists of native Colorado trees and flower beds, and the space can hold 200 seated guests and 400 for a standing reception. The pavilion highlights the city’s varied architecture and can be transformed into a picnic area, a beer garden or a farmers market.
