Alfredo SanchezBar Manager
Born and raised in Mexico City, Sanchez became inspired by all things food and beverage while travelling around Mexico with his grandfather. At 15, he took his first restaurant job, but he was always interested in what was going on behind the bar. By 18, he had become a bartender for popular brands such as Tequila Sauza and Casa Domecq, before going to study at the Mexican Academy of Tequila and emerging certified as a Tequila Expert. He joined Four Seasons in 2006 in Punta Mita, travelling widely to share his expertise all over the world before being brought on in Dallas to usher the opening of OUTLAW Taproom.
