Thanksgiving To-Go | November 27, 2025, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm Bring the Four Seasons feast home with thoughtfully prepared packages featuring Mary’s Turkey, Parker rolls, truffle soup, roasted vegetables and Pastry Sous Chef Courtney’s signature pumpkin pie. The pre-order cut-off date is November 23, 2025.

The Perfect House – Gingerbread Creation | December 7, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm | Silicon Valley Ballroom Kick off the holidays with our festive gingerbread house decorating event. Guided by Pastry Sous Chef Courtney Persichitte, families and friends will decorate pre-assembled houses with plenty of sweet supplies. Enjoy holiday treats, take your creation home, and receive a 15% dining discount at Quattro Brunch or Afternoon Tea the same day.

Festive Cocktail Class: Champagne Cocktails at Quattro Bar | December 19, 2025, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Join us at Quattro Bar and ring in the festive season with a Champagne Cocktail Class. Learn to craft two classic cocktails, French 75 and Kir Royale, while enjoying savoury baked taleggio tartlets with honey and hazelnuts, plus bourbon vanilla caramel truffles.

Christmas Eve at Quattro | December 24, 5:00 pm – 9:30 pm A festive set menu featuring roasted parsnip soup, linguine with Manila clams, mulled wine-braised beef short ribs, Atlantic halibut or truffle risotto. Dessert features peppermint, white chocolate, and candy cane whimsy.

Christmas Day at Quattro | December 25, 2025, 11:00 am – 4:00 pm An opulent buffet and plated menu celebrating global traditions: seared scallops, duck breast with spiced cherry, chèvre tart, prime rib carving, and a dessert buffet inspired by holiday favourites around the world. Santa Claus will also make a festive appearance.

New Year’s Eve Gala: Roaring 20’s | Dinner: 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm, After Party: 10:30 pm – Late Evening Step into a Great Gatsby–inspired evening of champagne, glamour and fine dining as we toast to the beginning of 20 years of Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley. Dinner is priced at USD 395 per person and the after party is priced at USD 195 per person.

New Year’s Eve Welcome the new year in style with an elegant dinner at Quattro. Savour a gourmet feast and celebrate with a welcome cocktail. Enjoy wine pairings of Moët Chandon, Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, Veuve Clicquot Rosé and Dow’s 10 Year Tawny Port, plus a champagne toast at midnight.
