The log has vanilla crème brûlée at its heart and is layered with hazelnut caramel and Tahitian and Madagascan vanilla caviar pearls. A Tulakalum dark chocolate base, Gianduja and a Burgundy cazette flower biscuit complete the creation.
King Cake Head Baker Guillaume Cabrol unveils a king cake, designed for sharing. He combines cocoa-infused puff pastry with caramelized croissant dough, adorned with a cazette flower. A frangipane centre marries the sweetness of almonds with the aromatic intensity of Burgundy cazette, lifted by notes of vanilla and a hint of rum.
