Ofuro & Sauna: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm

Minimum Age Requirements

To ensure the safe use of our facilities, we have established the following age restrictions:

Fitness Facilities: 12 years
Ofuro and Sauna: 16 years
Spa Treatments: 16 years
Pool: None; Children under age 4 must wear swimming diapers.

*Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult in all facilities.

*Children of all genders ages 6 and under may accompany their mother or female guardian in our ladies’ changing area. Only boys ages 6 and under may accompany their father of male guardian in the men’s changing area. Children above age 6 are required to use their gendered changing and locker area, provided a parent or guardian is present in our facilities.
