  • Dress Code: Smart casual; guests are asked to refrain from wearing slippers.
  • Child Policy: Children are welcome at SABO, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages are served exclusively to guests ages 20 and over.
  • Reservations: Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Guest Access Policy: Guests staying in a GENSUI room may invite one in-house guest staying on a non-GENSUI floor per day at a rate of JPY 13,000 per person, inclusive of service charges and taxes.
  • SABO Lounge Access Policy: SABO Lounge access is complimentary for up to two guests; a fee applies for the third guest.
  • Non-Operation Hours: Guests can check in at reception on the first floor after SABO’s operating hours.
