At Zelo, discover Easter desserts and special dishes to celebrate tradition through ingredients selected from small and large Italian producers.

The Pastiera Executive Pastry Chef Stefano Trovisi has created something new for Easter in Milan: the Pastiera, a reinterpretation of a traditional, symbolic Italian dessert. Crafted with Senatore Cappelli wheat, DOP buffalo ricotta cheese, Tahitian vanilla and candied navel orange, the Pastiera will be served on a trolley and cut at the table at Stilla bar and Zelo. The dessert is available for purchase whole or by the slice, to be reserved in advance and picked up at our Hotel.
Festive Easter Dishes at Zelo In addition to the current menu at Zelo restaurant, run by Chef Fabrizio Borraccino, you’ll find exclusive Easter specials. Enjoy an elevated Easter brunch in Milan experience, featuring a crunchy egg with vegetables and Parmesan fondue, egg tagliatelle with asparagus and saffron, and braised lamb shoulder with herbs, smashed potatoes and mustard spinach.
Artisanal Chocolate Egg On Easter Sunday, another Easter creation takes centre stage at the table: the Chocolate Egg. This milk chocolate and hazelnut Easter egg is crafted from Valrhona Sioka 56% milk chocolate from the Ivory Coast, featuring a heart that’s rich in Piedmont IGP hazelnut praline, creating a harmonious balance between creaminess, roasted notes and aromatic depth.
