Chef's Harvest Dinner
Join Farmer Lee and Chef Jamie for a Chef and Farmer® collaboration with Chef Jessica Biederman at The Bristol in Four Seasons Hotel Boston. Together, Chef Jamie and Chef Jessica will prepare a six-course dinner showcasing multiple preparations of The Chef’s Garden’s sustainably-grown, multicolored mixed carrots in six hearty, decadent dishes.
Executive Chef Jessica Biederman
Hailing from South Carolina, Chef Biederman has honed her culinary skills in her home state’s most esteemed restaurants. After mastering Carolina Coastal Cuisine, she headed north, where she now cultivates seasonal menu changes for Bristol’s 150-seat dining room, in addition to supporting in-room and spa dining.
